We do not accept returns under any circumstances. All sales are final once the product is delivered and accepted by the customer.

💰 Refunds

• Refunds are only issued in cases of defective or incorrect items, subject to verification.
• Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Exchanges are allowed only for defective or incorrect items.
• To request an exchange, contact our support team with your order details.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and reported within 48 hours.

❗ Exceptions

• Customized, perishable, or final sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund.
• Items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear are not covered.
• We reserve the right to refuse any request that does not meet our policy criteria.
